The Dog Cot – A Cozy Alternative to the Traditional Bed

A dog cot serves two purposes:  1) it keeps your pet from lying on a cold, hard, wet or unbearably hot surface and 2) your pet stays cooler because air circulates all around him, especially if the dog hammock bed is made of mesh fabric.

Dog cots are very portable so they’re popular anytime you travel with your pet. They’re great for animal shelters, hospitals, veterinarian facilities and kennels because of the ease in putting them up and taking them down when not in use.

The frame comes in durable PVC or steel.  Both can hold a dog of any size.  You’ll want to make sure the bed is long enough, so for large dogs measure from the tip of his nose to the end of his tail and add 4 to 6 inches.
